Before cleaning: understand the restriction
A DPF traps particles in the exhaust. As it loads up, exhaust backpressure can increase. Regeneration burns some soot, but ash can accumulate over time. A warning light or loss of power alone does not prove that cleaning will solve the whole problem.
We review the truck information and symptoms available. If a sensor, regeneration issue, or another fault is the cause, that issue needs attention too. Cleaning a filter without fixing the cause may let the warning return.
What happens during service
We arrange mobile service within 120 miles of Upland or an appointment at our workshop. The system stays installed during the process. Cleaning normally takes 2–3 hours. When you contact us, share the truck year, make, model, fault codes, and location.
The goal is less time off the road. The actual condition of the filter and system guides the recommended steps for each truck.
After cleaning
Check whether warnings or symptoms remain and follow the maintenance guidance for your truck. A damaged filter or an engine or sensor fault needs a different remedy; cleaning does not replace those repairs.
