When a filter's condition allows, we clean it with the DPF installed: there is no removal or reinstallation, and the unit stays at your yard. Cleaning typically takes 2–3 hours per unit, depending on filter condition.
EPA's guidance on conventional DPF cleaning, which requires removing the filter, notes that fleets concerned about downtime may keep spare filters in stock. Cleaning on the truck is another way to keep units moving.
How we plan a fleet visit
- Tell us how many units need service, where they are, their makes, models, and engines, and any codes or symptoms.
- We propose a schedule around your routes—days, nights, or weekends—and a quote per unit.
- At each truck, we read fault codes and check the filter's condition before cleaning.
- If a unit needs something other than cleaning, we tell you before doing any additional work.

Clean Truck Check for your fleet
Moving Action Group is a CARB-credentialed Clean Truck Check tester, and we perform both OBD and opacity tests. Plan DPF service ahead of your testing deadlines so each unit has time for any repairs and a retest if needed.
